1. Services Offered: Velura Aesthetics provides mobile aesthetic services across Texas, including Botox & neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, IV hydration therapy, wellness boosters, and weight loss transformation programs. Services are available to residents statewide.
2. Payment Methods: We accept payments via:
Cash
Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Please note that insurance is not accepted for any treatments.
3. Service Availability: We offer mobile services across Texas. If you're located in an area that might be outside of our normal service range, please contact us to confirm availability.
4. Booking & Cancellations:
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled through our website or customer service team.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If this notice is not provided, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a $75 no-show fee. Repeat no-shows may result in the requirement for pre-payment for future bookings.

Results May Vary: The results of aesthetic treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.) may differ between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results. Factors such as individual health, skin type, and adherence to post-treatment care influence results.
