Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking: To secure your appointment with Velura Aesthetics, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee will be applied to your treatment cost on the day of the appointment.

2. Cancellation Notice: We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the cancellation fee outlined below.

3. Cancellation Fee:

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost.

  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us will incur a $75 no-show fee.

  • We understand that emergencies happen; please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

4. Booking & Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice to avoid the cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee depending on the timing of the new appointment.

5. Special Considerations: For repeat clients or those who have exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving or adjusting cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.
