Return & Refund Policy

At Velura Aesthetics, client satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our services, which include medical-grade aesthetic treatments and wellness therapies, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Aesthetic Treatments (Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Similar Injectables):

  • All sales are final. Once a treatment has been administered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Results vary from person to person. While we strive for excellence, outcomes may differ based on individual factors such as metabolism, skin condition, and adherence to post-care instructions. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately. We will assist with follow-up care but this does not imply a refund.

IV Hydration & Wellness Boosters:

  • Due to the perishable nature of IV fluids and boosters, once the IV or injection has been administered, no refunds or returns can be issued.

  • If a scheduled IV treatment is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, the booking fee may be applied toward a future appointment at our discretion.

Weight Loss Programs & Products:

  • Fees paid for medical weight loss programs, including consultations, lab reviews, and prescribed medications, are non-refundable once services have commenced or medication has been dispensed.

  • If you wish to cancel before receiving services or medication, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for a partial refund (excluding the booking fee).

  • Unused medication cannot be returned due to health regulations.

Product Returns (if applicable):

  • If we offer skincare or other retail products in the future, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products are non-returnable for safety reasons.
